Project narrative

The Confucius Classroom at Innisfail’s Good Counsel College was established on February 20, 2015. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing Innisfail’s Good Counsel College with a grant. This was the second Confucius Classroom to be opened in Queensland by the Confucius Institute at the University of Queensland.
