Project narrative

On August 27, 2020, the Heilongjiang Provincial Government provided medical supplies to the Government of Primorsky Krai in Russia. The donated supplies included medical masks, infrared thermometers, ventilators, oximeters, sputum evacuators, monitors, syringe pumps, and sterilizers. The supplies will be used to improve COVID-19 prevention and response efforts in Russia. The monetary value of this donation is unknown.
