Project narrative

On December 24, 2020, the Chinese Consulate General in Kazan donated New Year's gifts to the Rehabilitation Center for Children and Adolescents with Disabilities "Solnechny". The donation included stuffed animals and other gifts. According to the Consulate General in Kazan, Solnechny was established in 1998 as a financially funded institution of the Kazan Municipal Department for Youth and Children's Affairs to assist children with special needs.
