On July 23, 2021, the Chinese Consulate in Kazan donated medical supplies to Tolyatti City Clinical Hospital №5 in Tolyatti, Russia. The purpose of this donation was to help the hospital combat COVID-19, and the donation was received by the director of the hospital.
