Project narrative

On September 27, 2012, the Bosnia and Herzegovina Minister for Human Rights and Refugees, Damir Ljubić and the Chinese Ambassador, Wang Fuguo, signed a note on non-refundable technical assistance in accordance with the ETCA signed in 2005 (for more information see Record ID#94214). The Chinese government will provide medical and agricultural equipment worth approximately KM 7 million to the Bosnia and Herzegovina government. The Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Ministry of Civil Affairs is responsible for the distribution of the equipment.
