Description

On May 9th, 2020, a freight train carrying medical supplies left Wuhan, China for Belgrade, Serbia. This train arrived in Serbia on May 26th, 2020. This train carried almost 300 metric tons of anti-epidemic supplies worth more than $15 million. The supplies included 16 million nonsurgical masks, 7.4 million surgical masks, 10,000 nonsurgical protective suits, 220,000 surgical protective suits, goggles, thermometers and medical devices. The cargo included donations from China, Chinese companies, and items bought by Serbians. The purpose of this donation is to help Serbia fight against the pandemic.
