In 2017, a syndicate of eight banks — including the Bank of China (BOC), Bank of Communications (BoComm), and China Construction Bank Corporation (CCB) — entered into a $606.4 million USD syndicated loan agreement with Autumn Finance Company Pty Ltd. — a special purpose vehicle (SPV) — for unspecified purposes. All lenders contributed $75.8 million USD each to the syndicated loan. In addition to BOC, BoComm, and CCB, the following banks contributed to this syndicated loan: Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ), Société Générale S.A.
