Project narrative

The Takashima Confucius Classroom was established on November 1, 2006. The Confucius Institute Headquarters (Hanban) awarded the Confucius Classroom status in recognition of the school's achievements in Chinese language and culture education, providing the Takashima Municipal Office with a grant. The Confucius Classroom was officially opened on November 1, 2008.
