Project narrative

On April 16, 2020, the Chinese Embassy in Lebanon provided COVID-19 medical supplies to the Lebanese Ministry of Health. The supplies included 3,000 COVID-19 testing kits and 200 forehead thermometers. The monetary value of the donation is unknown, and the purpose of this donation is to help Lebanon fight against the pandemic. The donation occurred in a handover ceremony at Beirut-Rafic Hariri International Airport in Beirut, Lebanon. The ceremony was attended by Chinese Ambassador to Lebanon Wang Kejian and Lebanese Health Minister Hamad Hassan.
