Additional details
1. An official source from either side could not be found, but the boxes appear to say "الصداقةعندالشدائد" or "friendship in adversity". 2. What appears to be the same boxes appear in photos of an article published by the Chinese Embassy of a meeting held at the embassy on the same date. 3. A CGTN interview with the ambassador notes that the Embassy donated to Oman's Ministry of Health "early in the year."
