Project narrative

On June 17, 2020, the Chinese Government held a handover ceremony for the donation of a third batch of COVID-19 aid to the Government of Tajikistan. The donation consisted of 50,000 test kits, 20,000 protective clothing articles, 50,000 N95 masks, and 500,000 medical surgical masks, totaling 9.4 tons and 731 boxes. The monetary value of the donation is unknown. The exchange occurred at the Karasu Port on the border between China and Tajikistan on June 17.
