On April 7, 2020, a handover ceremony was held for the donation of anti-COVID-19 supplies from the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture and Yangling Modern Agriculture International Cooperation Co., Ltd to the Tajikistan Ministry of Agriculture. The monetary value of the donation is unknown. This donation represents part of a package grant to seven SCO member states including Uzbekistan, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Pakistan, and India.
