On December 1, 2021, a handover ceremony was held to celebrate the Chinese Government's donation of an unspecified number of musical instruments to the Kyrgyz Ministry of Culture, Information, Sports and Youth Policy, facilitated by the Chinese Embassy in the Kyrgyz Republic.
