Staff comments

1. The transaction amount was calculated by subtracting all funding for which the destination and allocation are known, captured through the projects in package ID #175. Therefore, the transaction amount in this TUFF database entry refers to the remaining funds which Sinopec Canada Energy Ltd. was known to have dispersed, but for which the allocation and amount are currently unknown. 2. The OECD code for this project was chosen as "160 - OTHER SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURE AND SERVICES" as this is the majority designation for the related known projects. However, other designations are common in those projects.
