Full Description

Project narrative

On November 29 2022, the Cultural Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh attended the donation ceremony at the Bangladesh University of Medical Sciences. On behalf of the Chinese Embassy in Bangladesh, he donated funds to the affiliated hospital for the pilot project of building digital medical infrastructure for cardiovascular diseases. This project is a bilateral medical education cooperation project. Currently, the Bangladeshi government is promoting the digitalization of the country's medical field through the National Digital Health Plan, which includes improving the existing medical security conditions across the country and building a new digital health care system. The completion and launch of this pilot project will help enhance exchanges and cooperation in the medical field between China and Bangladesh, help Bangladesh improve the level of digital application in the field of cardiovascular diagnosis and treatment, and promote the people-to-people bond between China and Bangladesh.
