Project narrative

On October 2, 2010, ZTE Corporation and the Business Confucius Institute (BCI) at Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB) signed an agreement for the donation of a remote education and conference system (teleconference and remote learning video equipment) to connect AUEB and UIBE (University of International Business and Economics in China). The signing ceremony was attended by Prime Minister of Greece George Papandreou and Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao.
