Project narrative

On April 28, 2020, the Hainan Provincial Government donated 3,000 surgical masks to the Region of Crete, the regional government of Crete. Crete’s Regional Governor Stavros Arnaoutakis described the gift as “an act of humanitarianism and solidarity."
