Project narrative

In March and April 2020, the Government of Ukraine received several donations of Covid-19 supplies from Chinese companies. The goods were stored in a warehouse in Beijing prior to being shipped to Ukraine. AVIC loaned Ukraine the warehouse as a form of humanitarian aid. The value of this donation was valued at USD 1 million.
