In 2011, the Export-Import Bank of China and DNB ASA entered into a $147 million USD syndicated loan facility agreement with Ocean Tankers Limited, a Singapore-based tanker ship company for unspecified purposes. DNB ASA served as the Mandated Lead Arranger for the loan facility. The terms of the facility and its purposes are unknown.
