Project narrative

On May 11, 2020, the provincial governments of Shandong, Jiangsu and Ningxia donated personal protection equipment (PPE) worth Rs 100 million to Pakistan’s Punjab Province. The materials included protective suits, N-95 and surgical masks, gloves and disposable medical protectors for medical professionals and janitorial staff. A handover ceremony was held for this donation at an airport in Lahore. Consul General Long Dingbin, Chief Minister Buzdar of Pakistan's Punjab Province, the Provincial Health Minister, and officials of the Punjab Provincial Government attended the ceremony.
