Project narrative

In 2018, CNOOC Petroleum North America ULC, through its alternative operating name CNOOC International, donated at least CAD 423,000 to charitable organizations throughout Canada through an employee matching program. The corporation matched employee and contractor donations to recipient organizations up to a limit of CAD 20,000 per individual. These funds were dispersed to various not-for-profit community organizations for generally unspecified purposes. The specific allocation of funds among these and, presumably, unknown organizations has also generally not been specified. In some cases, the destination of the dispersed funds is known, and those destinations are captured in the below linked records.
