Project narrative

On or about July 21, 2020, the Chinese Embassy in Costa Rica donated 5,000 medical face masks to the Province of Limón to help prevent the transmission of COVID-19. The masks were subsequently to be delivered to different organizations in Limón, such as nursing homes, child care centers, and others.
