Project narrative

On August 5, 2021, the Chinese Ambassador to Afghanistan, Wang Yu, announced the donation of medical supplies to Kandahar Mirwais Hospital. The supplies included autoclaves, a portal ultrasound machine, and other medical supplies. The Kandahar Mirwais Hospital (Pashto: د ميرويس نيکه حوزوي روغتون) was originally built by China in 1979 as a gift for the Afghan people.
