According to the Government of the Kingdom of Tonga's Financial Statements for the Year Ended 30 June 2007, the Chinese Government provided a cash grant worth TOP $7 million for unspecified purposes to the Government of the Kingdom of Tonga between July 1, 2006 and June 30, 2007.
