Chinese Government donates masks, coveralls, disinfectant cans, and helmets with face shields to Sri Lanka's Ministry of Defence in April 2020

On April 10, 2020, the Chinese Government donated 50 medical disposable mask 50-packets (2,500 masks), 100 special coveralls, six liquid disinfectant 4-liter cans, and six helmets with face shields to Sri Lanka's Ministry of Defence.
