Project narrative

On September 18, 2020, through its consulate office in Laoag City in Ilocos Norte province, the People's Republic of China donated 10 tons of rice to the provincial government. Carlos Padilla said that the 10 tons consisted of 5,000 packs of 2 kilograms each of locally manufactured premium rice for the provincial government's food-relief efforts and Covid-19 response.
