Project narrative

On August 11, 2020, the Chinese embassy to Pakistan sent 1,600 food packages to the Islamabad Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry. In attendance at the donation ceremony were Zhang Heqing, the Chinese Embassy cultural counselor, and Samina Fazil, IWCCI founder and president. The food was to be distributed to Pakistani female entrepreneurs who had been affected by Covid-19. It is unclear exactly what foodstuffs were donated and in what amount.
