Description

On January 1, 2021, a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held for the new Sino-Vietnamese Cultural Reading Room of the Police Academy of the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam. On behalf of the embassy, Counselor Yin Haihong also donated Chinese language books including "Xi Jinping on Governing the Country" to the reading room.
