Project narrative

On December 23, 2021, Chinese Ambassador Huang Xilian paid a visit to Philippines National Police (PNP) Chief, Police General Dionardo B. Carlos in Camp Crame, Quezon City. During the visit, 52 Huawei Matebook Laptops were handed over to the PNP. The monetary value of the laptops is unknown.
