Narrative

Full Description

Project narrative

In early April 2020, the Hunan Provincial Government donated 10,000 surgical masks to Lincolnshire to support frontline staff in the county during the COVID-19 pandemic. As of April 9, 2020, the masks were expected to arrive in Lincolnshire in the following weeks. The Lincolnshire County Council worked with the British Consulate in Guangzhou, which provided paperwork to ship the medical products quickly through customs. The Hunan and Lincolnshire had previously become sister regions in October 2018.
