Between 2002 and 2004, China Construction Bank contributes to a $220.5 million USD syndicated loan to South Africa's Investec Bank. The syndicate members include the Bank of New York, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi Ltd, Barclays, BayernLB, Calyon, China Construction Bank (Johannesburg), Citigroup Inc, Commerzbank AG, Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, Erste Bank der oesterreichischen Sparkassen AG, HSH Nordbank AG, and ING BHF-BANK.

Staff comments
