On April 9, 2020, Piraeus Port Authority S.A. - acquired by COSCO Shipping - donated 4,000 surgical masks to Metaxa Cancer Hospital of Piraeus for COVID-19 prevention. In 2016, COSCO acquired 67% of PPA, making the Greek company now a Chinese state-controlled entity, making this Chinese OF.
