In 2013, ICBC Financial Leasing Co. Ltd (ICBC Leasing) entered into a financial lease agreement with Thai AirAsia — a joint venture airline jointly owned by Malaysian low-fare airline AirAsia and Thailand's Asia Aviation PLC — for two Airbus A320s.
