Project narrative

In February 2012, PT Elnusa Tbk - part of the state-owned Pertamina group - entered into a syndicated loan of $133 million with five banks including PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. (BBCA) act as the Mandated Lead Arranger, Indonesia Eximbank as Lead Arranger, Bank Chinatrust Indonesia, Bank Mizuho Indonesia and Bank of China Jakarta Branch (BOC) as Arranger. Part of the loan will be used for the company's refinancing.
