Project narrative

On May 30, 2006, a group of banks, including ICBC, signed a SGD 123 million dual tranche syndicated loan facility with ARMF (TBP) Private. The facility consists of a SGD 121 million transferable term loan and a SGD 2 million credit revolver. Lending terms are unknown. The proceeds of the SGD 121 million term loan will be used to refinance existing borrowings, while the revolver will be used for working capital requirements. BNP Paribas served as mandated lead arranger and sole bookrunner, contributing SGD 45 million. Credit Industriel et Commercial (Singapore) and ICBC (Singapore) served as lead arrangers, each contributing SGD 23 million. RHB Bank (Singapore) also served as a lead arranger, contributing SGD 20 million. Bank of Taiwan (Singapore) joined as an arranger, contributing SGD 12 million.
