The materials were handed over alongside a donation of materials from the Chongqing (captured via Project ID#96547). According to one news report, the materials donated by the Chongqing Municipal Government were worth 2 billion kip, while the Lao News Agency reported that the materials donated by both Chongqing and Nanning were worth 2 billion kip.
