Project narrative

On January 1 2021, the Chinese Government committed 25 full scholarships for Papua New Guinea students to study at a university in China from the academic year 2022/2023. The scholarship covers either a graduate/undergraduate degree or a master’s programs or doctoral program. The undergraduate program is fully conducted in the Chinese language, and both programs require a letter of recommendation from a "Parish Priest/Pastor/Church Elder."
