Project narrative

On July 22 2021, the Chinese city of Shenzen donates cultural and sports supplies to Butuka Academy in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. The donation consisted of 3200 school bags and 100 soccer balls. The Chinese Embassy in Papua New Guinea and Butuka Academy held a handover ceremony the donated goods donated by the Chinese city of Shenzhen. Ambassador Zeng Fanhua attended and delivered a speech. The Governor of Papua New Guinea Capital Administrative Region Parkop, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Butuka Academy Ni Yumei, the Principal Tugu Nei and nearly 300 teachers and students attended the donation ceremony. Shenzen, China and Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea are sister cities, and the Butuka Academy was founded with Chinese assistance.
