Project narrative

On March 3, 2021, the Consul General of China in Santa Cruz, Wang Jialei, donated 30,000 surgical masks, 100 infrared thermometers, and 200 bottles of sanitizer to the Electoral Tribunal Department (TED) of Santa Cruz. This donation was made to prepare for the Bolivian subnational elections. The supplies were to be distributed to frontline workers.
