Project narrative

On July 23, 2021, the Consul General of China in Santa Cruz, Wang Jialei, handed over a donation of 101,000 surgical masks on behalf of Sichuan Province to the government of Santa Cruz. Luis Fernando Camacho, Governor of Santa Cruz received the donation. Sichuan Province and Santa Cruz Province have a sister province agreement.
