Project narrative

On May 28, 2021, the Chinese government provided 300,000 CanSino COVID-19 vaccines to Chile. The purpose of this donation is to support Chile’s COVID-19 response efforts. A welcome ceremony was held for this donation. Chilean Minister of Health, Enrique Paris, the Minister of Sciences, Andrés Couve, the Rector of Universidad de la Frontera, Eduardo Hebel, and the General Manager of Saval Laboratory, Nicolás Donoso, attended the ceremony.
