Project narrative

On December 3, 2021, the Chinese Government donated surgical masks to Dominica's Ministry of Health to help combat COVID-19. The donation was handed over by the Chinese ambassador in Dominica, Lin Xianjiang to Dominica's Minister of Health, Wellness, and New Health Investments, Dr. Irving McIntyre.
