Project narrative

On December 12, 2020, China commits to provide scholarships to Venezuelan students through the opening of applications for the Chinese Government Scholarship Program for academic year 2021-2022. On June 24, 2021, the scholarship application was closed. The Chinese Government Scholarships are given by the Chinese Ministry of Education through the China Scholarship Council. The scholarships include full tuitions to study at Chinese universities and a stipend.
