On November 22, 2021, the Chinese Embassy in Kenya donated 945 tons of rice to the Kenyan Ministry of Public Service, Gender, Senior Citizens Affairs and Special Programs. The rice was distributed to drought-affected Kenyans in 23 arid and semi-arid counties.
