In early 2020, the government of Xiamen, a city in southeast China's Fujian Province, donated an unknown quantity of medical face masks to the Tung Ann District Guild, a community organization in Singapore. The Guild had previously donated face masks to Xiamen in 2020, with Xiamen reciprocating the gesture through the donation captured here. The monetary value of the face masks is unknown.
