Project narrative

On December 13, 2021, a handover ceremony was held for the donation of disaster relief equipment to the National Emergency Management Agency in the Bahamas from the Chinese Embassy in the Bahamas. Chinese Ambassador Dai Qingli and Myles Laroda, Minister of State in the Office of The Prime Minister of the Bahamas jointly signed a receipt of handover. The equipment donated included first aid kits, safety vests, helmets, ponchos, and headlights, and will be used to train disaster relief teams throughout the Bahamas.
