Project narrative

On September 15, 2021, the Chinese Government provided COVID-19 supplies to the Cuban government. The 24-ton supply shipment contained 1.35 million plus items that included examination gloves, medical goggles, face shields, surgical masks, X-ray film, and medicine. This donation was made to support Cuba’s COVID-19 response efforts. The monetary value of this donation is unknown. This is the fourth batch of COVID-19 supplies provided by the Chinese Government to Cuba in 2021.
