Project narrative

On February 16, 2022, the handover certificate was signed by the Mayor of Quito and the Chinese Ambassador to Ecuador for materials donated by the Chinese Embassy to help those affected by the flood disaster in the La Comuna and the La Gasca neighborhoods in Quito. The Bureau of Social Inclusion coordinated the distribution of the goods donated to families. The donation was worth USD $100,000 and included 80 washing machines, 80 refrigerators, 100 stoves, and 100 blenders.
