Project narrative

On December 17th, 2021, the Chinese Ambassador to Antigua and Barbuda, Zhang Yanling, presented the Minister of Health of Antigua and Barbuda, Molwyn Joseph, with a small amount of financial assistance. According to the Ministry of Health, this money was to aid Antigua and Barbuda in tackling mental health issues. The exact amount of assistance provided is unclear.
