Project narrative

In 2020, Yangzhou University (扬州大学) and its affiliated hospitals donated two parcels of face masks (almost 900 pieces) to the University of Hull. Yangzhou University is located in Jiangsu province. The masks were used in Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, Hull Royal Infirmary, and Castle Hill Hospital. An April 16, 2020 report stated that more deliveries of masks and PPE equipment were scheduled to be delivered from the Hull University’s partners in China in the coming weeks.
